PratoPhoto is an Okanagan-based media production and website design company that provides the community and its local businesses the tools to grow.
Our Story
PratoPhoto began in 2019 as a passion project for its founder, Brayden Prato. Brayden had a keen eye for photography and a desire to capture moments with a unique artistic expression. After months of experimentation and practice, as well as spending the better part of a year as a marketing manager for a leading golf cart manufacturer. Brayden soon realized that he could make a real business out of his passion for photography and videography. He began to invest in better equipment, hire additional staff, and expand his services. He started out small, shooting family portraits, wedding photography, and other special occasions. As word spread about PratoPhoto, more and more people began to hire him for their projects. Brayden began creating websites for his clients, incorporating his photography into the design. He quickly became known as a jack-of-all-trades, able to do anything related to media and marketing. Over the years, PratoPhoto has grown into a full-service marketing business, offering services such as photography, website design, video commercials, digital advertising and more. Servicing companies all across British Columbia.

Our Founder
Brayden Prato
Brayden Prato is the owner and founder of PratoPhoto. When he was about 9 years old, he was given a simple camcorder for Christmas. From then on he spent lots of his time making goofy videos with his siblings and friends.
In 2016 Brayden enrolled in the accounting program at Okanagan College. He grew tired of not being able to express his creativity, which is why he made the decision to switch over to marketing.
In 2017 he bought his first mirrorless camera, started vlogging and making short videos, and quickly realized that this was something he would like to do for the rest of his life. He has practiced and educated himself daily to learn more about professional video and photography and is inspired by artists such as Peter McKinnon, Daniel Schiffer, and Casey Neistat.
In the Spring of 2021, Brayden completed his Education in Marketing at Okanagan College, where he was taught many subjects including;
